General

I will NOT create anything hateful, offensive, or sexually explicit. I do not use or condone the use of AI for any part of my creative process or with my work once complete.

Please provide a clear and concise reference in order to avoid confusion and to get the best possible results. You must have full rights/permission to the character you are commissioning. I will do my best to colour match, but please keep in mind some colours do not have perfect physical translations.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone. Any violations of my TOS will result in immediate termination of a commission without refund and you will be blacklisted. Ghosting and harsh language will not be tolerated.

All payments are done in USD, through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or from equivalent purchases off my Amazon wishlist.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged art in the mail- depending on its status I may offer to remake it, but this is not a guarantee.

Art

50% of the total is required before starting. Once a sketch is approved, the rest of the payment must be sent.
Cancelation after a sketch has been sent is only a 50% refund of what's been paid. Cancelation before a sketch is even begun or from my own discretion will result in a 100% refund.

You may make 3 minor changes from the sketch to final stage. Any more than that, or that require larger alterations, may incur an added fee

All my art will come with my signature or watermark- you may not remove or erase this. You may request it to be smaller or in a different position if you'd like.

You will receive WIPs along the way to update you and for confirmation on colouring/patterns. I can provide more upon request to a certain extent. As I am only one person, and I work and live outside of art, the turn around time for a piece can be anywhere from 1 week to 3 months, unless stated or communicated otherwise.

You, as the commissioner, hold the rights to distribute and do with any art you've commissioned from me as you please, aside from any commercial use or trying to pass it off as your own. Please repost it with proper credit.

Plush

Please note that this work comes from a smoke-free, cat friendly household and is thoroughly spot cleaned and lint rolled before being sent out to minimize allergic reactions.

You MUST be 18+ or have parental consent before commissioning. Full payment must be made before any work begins. You may pay either in full, or with an agreed-upon plan with an initial deposit to cover fabric costs and biweekly deposits of no less than $150. Cancelation after work has already begun will result in only a 60% refund of what's been paid. Cancelation before work has begun or from my own discretion will result in a 100% refund.

The plush mock up will be sent for confirmation before work begins. Once this has been confirmed, no changes will be allowed, unless they were made by me within the construction process, so be sure to assess it thoroughly. If a change request is made and is possible to update, you will incur an added fee to be paid before work continues.

All plush are made on patterns purchased from Cholyknight, meaning available species and modifications may be limited. If you are looking for something more specific, please see if she has it available and we can discuss pricing.

I do not offer rush fees at this time.

All my plush will come with my signature tag- you may not remove this, and doing so will result in a permanent black list. I will offer you different placement locations if requested.

My work is made by hand and meant to be treated gently, not as a toy. All blemishes must be spot cleaned, as the plush are not safe for machine washing. If any part of the plush rips or falls off, please contact me and we can discuss the cost to repair it.
